Analysis of So She Eats Butterflies

So she eats the butterflies
and I grovel in the ground
with the worms
I am infatuated with this truth
Do you not know you are a butterfly
glistening in the breeze of the midnight sky?

Your wings span the void of timelessness
and colors the darkness beyond
flying far above he whom is mud stuck
naming fears to keep the insanity within reason.
Do you not know you are the butterfly?
I have known this all along...

You have the multifaceted eyes
which captures every essence of truth
and pens each one unique as a flower
scribbled upon grateful pages

So butterfly eat butterfly,
to put a heart at rest
but try to keep soaring above
the dirtied street lampposts
use the wind to your advantage..
and I will watch from below
and revel in it's penned grace.
