Surveyor
Flee from the land of the north,
God spreads you as the four winds;
He declares you to go forth,
Iniquities He rescinds.
Escape to Zion to dwell,
O daughter of Babylon;
Stay away from where you fell,
To the sin of early dawn.
After His glory has sent,
To the nations who plundered;
As the torture and lament,
From the many that blundered.
For the apple of His eye,
He will touch to shake their hands;
Those who are servants will cry,
To laud Him and His commands.
You will know that the Lord sent,
Sing O daughter of Zion,
Confess to Him and repent,
Like the roar of a lion.
For He will dwell within you,
As many nations will link;
For the Lord of hosts is true,
To comprehend what you think.
Since the Lord will inherit,
His part of the holy land;
Reward you for your merit,
Abiding in His command.
O all the flesh be silent,
From holy habitation;
Be humble and not violent,
To receive your salvation.
