Yurtie Bungle

7-9  cups sifted flour
2 tablespoon of yeast
 2 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoon of molasses
1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
3 eggs
3 cups of  warm buttermilk ( reserve one cup)
1/3 cup of shortening

In a bowl add warm buttermilk add yeast and sugar and 1/4 of flour allow to activate.

In a mixing bowl with a hook. Add
Flour, salt, honey, molasses and shortening. Mix well add yeast mixture and eggs.
Make bread dough all to form, knead and let rise.
Punch down. Form into desired form.

1 -1/3  of carmelites onions
1/4 of sauteed garlic
1 cups of green peppers
1/4 cup red pepper flakes
1 cup of steamed and sauteed broccoli
Chopped
5 cups of beshemel sauce
3 cups of cream sauce ( butter flour and heavy cream)
