Rekindled

Letting go is so hard to do,
Its even harder when you’ve said I do.
How do you let go of something that has been a part of you?

Two hearts became one ,
Together forever,
That was the plan.

 Poor communication ,
Strained relations,
Escalates into separation .

Yearning for a fixer,
Searching for an elixir ,
Love is the potion to steady those emotions .

Stormy nights slowly dissolve into sunny days,
Compassion leads to mending ways.
Hearts that were once astray now united and committed to stay.
