Cold May
Before you i was nothing
An empty shell
Cold as a steal bell
Did i want to be dead
Or was it all in my head
I decided to just go to bed
In my dreams you appeared
And in the morning i wanted to cry
Even more i wanted to die
Somehow faith worked in my favour
I didn't think of the danger
I didn't want you to be a stranger
You didn't do much
But i had this hunch
That your pretty eyes
Could tell no lies
That cold may night
I wanted to hold you tight
Your eyes were so bright
That light would never go out
I had no doubt
I wanted to shout
You would be mine
Until the end of time
About this poem
I hope to show it to her one day
