Loud Heard Are The Voices

Loud maybe the voices.
Heard collectively in crowds to protest.
Of the many who stay proud of their heritage,
Sexuality and ancestry,
To protect kept pretensions...
Of their heterosexual wholesomeness.
Gone to no longer value,
As an expression of love openly addressed.

Men today and also women,
Are increasingly discovering...
A preference for the same sex.
Caring less who is offended,
By a happiness to have it.
And who with this is had to know for them,
This choice is best.

The courts today are not filled,
By homosexuals and lesbians arrested...
For domestic violence committed to permit.
As a natural but disturbing occurrence,
Between mates of the opposite sex.
Few horrific crimes,
Have the police arriving to homes find...
Crazed husbands or their wives,
Suffering from wounds.
Or dead as a result of losing their minds.

And yet loud are the voices,
Heard to hear...
From the ones that may have been,
Victims of their own image to pretend...
Their lives to live deceiving one another,
Should not have begun to begin this charade.

Leaving today,
Many unfaithful.
To secretly cheat on their mates to believe,
Activities like these to hide and lie about...
Will please God and Bible scriptures to read.
Protects them sinning and feelings of guilt.
With a doing to appease,
The many keeping to themselves...
What they do to who, when and where.
When under the sheets.
Satisfying their needs to please.
Then leave to go to a home to play,
Roles.
Under a roof to share and condone,
Known lies told to tell each other.

'HI, HONEY.'

'HI, BABY.
Oh...
Before I forget,
Again I have to work this weekend.'

'What a coincidence.
Me too!
I have to train someone new,
Hired at the office.
Lots of lifting, knee bending.
And putting much stress on my back.'

'I understand.
My boss keeps telling me,
I am deserving of a raise...
In a position only I am skilled to fulfill.'

'Well...
How much of a raise are you expecting?
I hope the effect,
Satisfies both of our needs.'

'Me too.
But that to do only time will tell.
Sometimes being adventurous,
Can spoil what already...
Had been satisfying enough.
To get the job done.
You know...
Upfront, direct without guess work involved.
I suggested we use the conference room.
It's bigger and better to ensure...
Our mission gets accomplished.'

'You know what I say,
Do what needs to be done.
With our debts needing to be paid?
A raise is a raise to get deserved.'
