A Lost Jewel

illegally regal
she stands
a lost jewel
with no setting
or settling place
as if she was
lost in space
a hopeless case
ageless but paid less
and under-appreciated
she's never deviated
from her journey
but her value
depreciated
and her worth
is no longer debated
certainly under-rated
cascaded into the night
a lost jewel
from the crown of torns
