Dido
About this poem
Dido was the founder and ruler of Carthage. Aeneas got shipwrecked on her land, and they became lovers. Eventually Aeneas left to found his own city. Dido then committed suicide. More myth poems in "UnMythed", available for download (at not charge) at chriswind.net.
