Convinced To Believe

Who these days,
Made convinced to believe.
Truth to hear it told sincerely.
Had actually been lied to and deceived.

Who is left to live and expect,
The leaders they select...
Represent the best of their interests.
Without suspecting,
Those they pick to represent them...
Have one interest.
Too late to discover is in themselves.
With a doing to portray,
A performance that betrays truth and honesty.
In acceptable ways,
Their supporters pay out of pocket.
Whether it known or not,
They've been made fools.
Habitually drugged.
But like addicts can not stop.
The lasting effect.
Needing more of it.
Until the mind fades and common sense,
Nolonger anywhere to find.
Made blind by talented and skilled deceivers.

Who is it these days,
Not defending false beliefs.
To observe and witness,
Them protesting against truth.
And anything that conflicts,
With what has been fictioned.
Homemade and replaces,
The sour taste of reality.

Who is it these days unprepared to fight.
For their right to be wrong.
But not willing to digest,
The facts as they are.
Feeling threatened day and night long,
Fearing truth 'if' accepted...
May and could ruin their quality of life.
Already damaged by liars who deceive.
They would rather believe if it should mean,
Once a nibble to taste,
Truth and reality for what it is...
Life to live it becomes free without needing,
To remain deluded to stay medicated.
Or become addicted to drugs.
With a bottle of alcohol.
Refusing to believe,
Denial and choosing to be victimized...
Is one's choice and conscious preference,
Chosen to choose on a daily basis.
Done to escape away.
From listening to pay attention,
Of those they have heard others say...
People who dare to speak the truth.
Are obviously the ones,
Crazed and out of their messed up minds!
