love is fake
The Love is fake
It makes me ache
Falling out of love is like losing weight
That never feels like a date
Impaled by an arrow
Unveiled swiftly, as a sparrow
I wish cupid, could be less stupid,
Our deception is made by apathy
A change in perception was an efficient strategy,
I see people have these sly expectations,
Societies' high expectations,
are making it easy to be forsaken,
my heart is stranded on another planet,
if you don't want me, release me…
and baby just let me down easy,
I hear relationships crack and it leads to a smack,
It be like tick-tock on the clock,
I can tell a shared spark- Its affinity,
To make it work, it’ll require infinity,
abandonment makes my skin crawl,
It’s an accident? Look me in the eyeball,
inadequacy, it leaves me fazed
Romantically, I'll surely be dazed
You got the look of adoration,
So where is the admiration?
I smell a love spell across the trail,
produced from a frail male and gale in a veil,
My empathy equates to telepathy,
If I split this apple does it mean 50/50?
or let's think about this more thrifty,
so that we can stay being nifty,
Roses blooming, her stem long and majestic,
with petals fluttering gracefully in the wind,
Poses looming like a gem, strong and magnetic,
with medals glowing graciously in front of kin,
Like a Jasmine Flower, she had much power,
And much like Maple leaves the abscission,
It made our love such a tough decision.
