Written Gray Arrays

Regaining tempered grayscaled virtue
Subtle hints of majestic blueish hues evade
Once upon these Icelandic pupils of wonder
Fearless waves of emotional ties were made.

Behind tall, dark pillars of mossy bark
Sturdy oxygenated wooden stumps onsite
A small landing of grassy cushions lie unkept
Shaking my silent thoughts gestural lips for tecite.

Overlooking  beige dreaded fields of rolled crop
Harvested bounty of endlessly giving seeds
With heavy shoulders and sore ducts emptied
Repaying all materialistic debt and greedy blinded needs.

Chromatically casted over by thick puffed air
Designing cumulonimbus blue arrays
Stormy, poetic emotions and dreams
My spectrum's contrast now just monotone grays.

About this poem

Overlooking my childhood hometown as a young poet. Pondering and dreaming while expressing myself through words
