Seldom Welcomed To Expressed

Seldom is truth welcomed,
To prioritize in most minds.
As the number one thing kept to keep,
Reality and its honesty...
Uncompromised as they live their lives.
And denial to use as an excuse?
Unheard to later deny for alibi reasons.

Seldom it is to hear,
Someone admitting....
To take full responsibility,
For not making it understood...
They would be five minutes late,
At a neighborhood meeting...
Helped to co-ordinate.

And not too often is it done,
That appreciation is shown...
To another expressed just to do.
For being who they have been.
With a wanting to let it known,
Their doing something for another...
Isn't taken for granted nor goes unnoticed.
