Frienemy

Id rather be your friend than your enemy
But I'm nervous to let you even get close to me.
We used be close then you were the death of thee.
Trust faded lies told all because of she?
Battling your battles taking away your pain
Heated arguments now are silent..now I sit in piece and listen to the rain..
You hated me for the truths I told..
You used to be my favorite person to hold.
Your comfort and warmth kept my thoughts at peace but now ik all that was lies and deception..
I send you off in life with nothing but memories of the woman u once loved..
I hope u win in life..
