Move on

Too many things are running through my mind.
I feel so lost and left behind.
The world is moving towards the future, I'm still stuck in the past.
I don't want to let go, need to make it last.
I must move one and face the truth that lives.
I need to get a grip on life; and take what the world gives.
Just because it's not exactly what I want, doesn't mean it's not right.
But what I want is just a dream, and completely out of sight.
Move on and forget; is what the people say.
So it's time to face reality and start a brand new day.
