111 Days of Silence

Hundred and eleven days have passed in flight,
Since you left my sight, vanished from my life.
In silence, I have kept a love so true,
Each day, each night, my heart has beaten for you.

I counted every moment, every tear,
In hopes that you might one day reappear.
And now you’re back, on this your special day,
The words I've held, I find I must now say.

In every dream, your face has been my light,
In every shadowed hour, you’ve been my knight.
Though we were silent, though the days were long,
My love for you remained so pure and strong.

I’ve missed you in a thousand different ways,
In whispered thoughts and longing, endless days.
Yet seeing you now brings joy and a fresh start,
A chance to share the secrets of my heart.

So here I stand, with trembling voice and soul,
Confessing now the love that makes me whole.
I’ve waited, hoped, and cherished you in dreams,
And now I speak, no matter how it seems.

You are my sunrise, lighting up my sky,
The reason for each hopeful, heartfelt sigh.
If you can see the truth within my eyes,
Then let this love between us softly rise.

On this, your day, I offer you my heart,
In hopes that we might never be apart.
For all the days we’ve lost, let’s now reclaim,
In love’s embrace, let’s kindle back the flame.
