Cry Freedom

Cry Freedom

Less than ten days to go to doomsday or salvation
A redemption of Democracy is at stake
It’s a restless unknown
Just over 168 hours from now

Soldiers of Democracy where are you?
Asleep for years some will say more
While the other side has organized and schemed
Shame on us for thinking Lady Liberty alone could keep us safe.
