I can't find where I'm supposed to be,
Nor am I able to find my way
I laugh and giggle and try to play
I may be saucy, I may be able to

But I still can't find my way
I could be anything, a dove
I'm still unable to be different
   I wish I could, I wish I pray

But I can't find my way.
My way is near, it is close
But who am I if I'm not most?
I can laugh and be able to boast

But who am I if I'm a fish
  Whose unable to stay afloat
I'm drowning, a drowning wish
Wish to be more than this

I can look at the number, 4th
  4th couldn't make the top 3rd.
4th is there, all alone, no worth
Who am I if I'm unable to word?

I try so hard, I succeed
This can't be meant to be
I drown in my puddle of greed
  Who am I? I'm just a we

Edgar Poe

I grew up in a small city, Edgar Poe isn't my real name, formerly known from the famous poet, Edgar Allan Poe. I create poems out of the joy and whimsy that comes out of it. I hope to spread more love and joy with my poems for the special someone I like writing them to. I've loved literature since I was in school. I am also autistic! Hyperlexia is something I can give a BIG "thank-you" to! My dearest aunt I would like to thank, I wish nothing but the best upon her. more…
