Bitter Blood
And there I stood
entangled in impulsivity
as the smell of mania filled the edge of where he laid
his dying scent
clenched to my nose
possessing my fingertips to frolic with the blood that swirled his mouth
splattering my face with the color of Rage
for a moment,
everything felt inexplicably strange
from the ear-grating agony of his taunting cackle
to the frenzy of eyeballs when I shot him mute
whether
I
was..
wrong or right
has no purpose now
a blooming Dahlia has buried itself between the palms of fear and Lytta’s blistering dawn
soon,
they will find me intertwined with the maggots on his flesh
and peel it off to unbosom the empty human camouflaging in filth
condemn me
but I won’t mind one bit
he should have
never
taken away
the child in me...
