SHADOW SUNSHINE

He said he loves her, a fantastic claim,
And attracted to her inner beauty's flame.
He wants it a secret, a sly and hidden game,
And claims to be the light in darkness, with a loving name.

He made her believe he's an angel true,
With wings of kindness and a heart that's new.
They met, had fun, and laughter filled the air anew.
And she looked beyond, with a cautious heart that's true.

The sunshine of the night, a contradictory sight,
Shines with a shadow in the dark of endless night.
That very sunshine of the night, so bold and bright and light,
Is just a shadow of day, a fleeting, fading delight.

The very shadow with no difference, a mere disguise in sight,
A fake angel, hiding behind clever lies so bright.
He is just a shadow of day, a fleeting, fading light,
Exposing his true nature in the dark of endless night.

very deep and subtle and embraces the myth of the angel man who will never succeed with her because she likes the light of the night sun because she is a demon of the night

Nope! She's a wonderful soul, full of love and kindness. Unfortunately, he revealed his true colors when she needed him most, showing his love was conditional and materialistic. Glad she saw through it all.
