Emotionally exhausted!!!!

How perceptive you are, you're very dear.
The true fact is, I wish that you were here.

The exhaustion feels like it is beating me today.
I know that I don't want it to just end this way.

I'm just sad today, my tears keep falling like rain.
When I get like this, I just feel like everyone's pain.

Sometimes, I just don't know what to say or to do.
It's so much easier, when it's not happening to you!

I went to counselling today, so my feelings are raw.
It's sometimes hard to view things, that others saw.

A different perspective is sometimes, all that I need.
In order for my soul, to be loosened, or even freed!

Why do I go back to feeling like I did something wrong?
I just want some peace, a place in which I just belong!

I am just emotionally exhausted, I'm just so tired today.
How can talking about our past, make us feel this way?

I know that I will soon be on the right track once more, I'll be back again.
Sometimes a day just feels so long, I wonder when it will end, just when?
