Illusion

Just an illusion;
The door will open
and I will walk into the wonder
of a heart, and soul of another
Deep into the rivers that run,
beyond touch and word
deeper and beyond the consciousness
of everyday existness
into the magic world of fantasy,
beautiful world of enchantment and mystery
and there lies the spirit just awakening,
to be discovered for the first time;
how precious
like a flower in bloom;
where the colors i cannot see but feel
like a rainbow before me;
vibrant and mystical
with the energy that captures all of
the deepest parts of my soul
beyond the existense of the ordinary
light and shadow, comes the power
of the deepest love
and desire i can ever imagine
but it is only an illusion
