Real love
She was stranger
A rebel in disguise
A shimmering apparition
Lone silhouette draped in white satin
Against a fireball sky
When the wind blew
A vision
Stood motionless
She never batted an eye
Then, slowly turned
And peered in my direction
Seeming to give me a sign
I threw her a kiss
As if to answer
But, it passed her right by
One stride
Out of the fires
Leather boots to her thighs
She summoned me forward
By curl of a finger
In seconds I stood at her side
Her breathe
On my skin
Hotter than the Fourth of July
I feel her heat
Through my body
Ready to ignite
“Honey, Wake up and turn off that blasted TV”!!
Then, it was over
She rode out of sight
