Analysis of Fear

The house in the city was full of hate:
Robbers robbing and killers killing -
Destruction everywhere;

Fearful, I sat in the corner of a room -
My sword on the ground and guard let down,
Grim glare;

In a silent tone, it came about:
A voice, through the small window above -
Loving care;

There I saw Him and stood to my feet -
Sword in hand and not accepting defeat:
I took the dare;

He watched as I slayed the enemies
Left and right, while shouting His Name -
Trusting;

The remaining imposters fled, trembling,
As He entered the house -
Smiling.
