Analysis of To have or to have not

I don't have a gold medal,
I don't have gold coins from the sea,
I don't have gold chipped from a mountain,
oh why can't this be,
I don't have silver and diamonds and I don't have money can be, hey in all honesty I'll tell you, I don't even have silky sheets.

But I look at the things I don't have and I look at the things I do. And the things I do are far better than what I don't, for there is a man named
Jesus who died for all of our sins
and because He's the Son of God,
He rose again on the third day,
I'm so glad He's alive and well
and I'm glad He has saved me from hell.

Now for the things I do have,
which are far better than the things I don't.
I have an eternal life with Jesus, I have an eternal life with God, I have an eternal life with the Holy Spirit,
the Trinity, three in one.

I have a mansion in heaven my home it will forever be,
I'll have food in my stomach from a banqueting table
as long as the eyes can see.

I'll walk down a street of gold talking to saints of old
like King David and Queen Esther and Mary and Joseph.
I'll get the sing in the choir and I'll get to dance before Jesus at his throne. I will get a crown on my head
to lay down at his feet my bridegroom Jesus will be so sweet He'll kiss me on the head, He'll kiss me on my cheek, He'll wipe all the tears from my eyes
for in heaven you won't need to cry,
there is no pain there, there is no heartbreak,
there is only peace.

Peace with God, peace with Jesus, and the Holy Ghost forever in heaven and forever it shall be. So when I look at the things I don't have and then I look at the things I do, I'll take the things I do have,
now wouldn't you!
