Love of the father

Call it grace call it love
I got all of it
Each day I wake to a new Dawn
With a fresh script
New opportunities

I go about knowing that my back is covered by the omniscience

I plan many times and he re plans
Cos he knows the best
I pray but he doesn't grant it
Cos he knows the best
I implement without telling him he scatters it
Cos he knows the best

He's got my life figured out
My steps guided

Like a little child he orders my step
As a father he lovingly corrects me
As a mother he watches o'er me
As a friend he listens to me
As a comforter he comforts me

I gave up on him when he's not given up on me
I stopped loving him when he loves me the most
I went the wrong way when he's showing me the right path
Yet, he never gave up on me

When I thought all is falling on me
When I couldn't see the bigger picture
He consciously leads me until the whole line falls in place
He turns nature for my sake.

I turned out to be his favorite
He honours my weakest groan.
