MILWAUKEE CITY ON THE LAKE

I travel far to come upon a city fair it’s countenance I do declare
Hidden upon a majestic lake you see I find myself in old Milwaukee
It’s smooth attire people of grand desire yes Sir here I will retire
Have you seen or heard of Milwaukee come enjoy our cold smooth beer
But there is more to see and do in Milwaukee you will see it everywhere
Our uniqueness is our greatness our people don’t toy in madness
To each its own there are no thrones no Old Milwaukee stands alone
Thanks for the joy of living here I would rather be there than anywhere
Milwaukee my home sweet home
