African American Balm Of Fire

In the midst of heat and flame,
We rise from the ashes, unashamed.
With skin of ebony, we stand tall,
Proud and fierce, through it all.
We are the children of the sun,
Hotblooded and full of fire, we run.
Through struggles and pain,
Our spirits never wane.
We carry with us a legacy,
Of resilience, strength, and bravery.
From the roots of Africa we came,
Bound by a history, our flame.
With each step, we defy the odds,
Breaking barriers, tearing down facades.
Our voices rise in unity,
United in our diversity.
African American, a balm of fire,
Rising higher and higher.
Defying the stereotypes and lies,
With our passion, we mesmerize.
From jazz to hip hop,
Our culture never stops.
We dance to our own beat,
Creating an unbreakable heat.
We are the rhythm of the street,
Filling the world with our beat.
Our hair, our style, our grace,
A force to be reckoned with, we embrace.
With every breath, we proclaim,
Our existence, our name.
African American, a powerful force,
A blend of strength and resource.
So let us stand tall,
Proud and fierce, one and all.
For we are the hotblooded,
The African American, forever ennobled.
