Lovesick

In the silent bed of time, I sleep,
slowly breathing while clouds darken the sky.
As far as horizons and just as deep,
more gently does not a breeze, I think, sigh.

Slowly, I can feel you appear like dew,
or lightning flashing its bright array,
peals of thunder that I cannot subdue
from my heart’s raging winds that fade the day.

Drooping flowers bathed in darkness pitch black,
even the four-leaf clover grows no luck,
for soil beneath it reveals a wide crack
that floods my lonely steps with thickened muck.

At sunset, silence walks with his crown,
and all we had in the ocean will drown.
