The Biblical Masses, a gathering divine
A sacred event, a spiritual shrine
Gathered souls, in reverent attire
In the house of God, they light the fire
The Biblical Masses, a ritual so old
Passed down through the ages, stories unfold
From Adam and Eve to the birth of Christ
The Bible is read, every verse recites
In the pews, they sit, a sea of heads
With hands clasped together, in prayer they tread
Their hearts beat in unison, a symphony of faith
As they await the arrival of the holy wraith
The Biblical Masses, a congregation of love
Hearts filled with hope, from the heavens above
With voices united, they sing His praise
Their spirits lifted, in a heavenly craze
The Biblical Masses, a place of peace
Where sorrows are soothed, and worries cease
A sanctuary, from the world outside
Where souls are nourished, and hearts abide
The Biblical Masses, a journey of the soul
With every word spoken, they become whole
In the presence of God, they find their strength
As they journey through life, with faith at length
The Biblical Masses, a lesson in grace
Where forgiveness is given, in every embrace
With open hearts, and minds renewed
In the presence of God, they are imbued
The Biblical Masses, a feast for the mind
A banquet of knowledge, for the seeking kind
As the priest preaches, and the scriptures unfold
They find wisdom and truth, in stories of old
The Biblical Masses, a reunion of sorts
With generations past, and future cohorts
As families gather, in the house of the Lord
Their bond is strengthened, by His loving word
The Biblical Masses, a celebration of life
Through every triumph, and every strife
As they partake in communion, and break the bread
They remember the sacrifice, that Jesus once said
The Biblical Masses, a tapestry divine
Threads of faith, intertwined
From all walks of life, they come together
To worship and praise, their Almighty Father
The Biblical Masses, a mosaic of faces
Different races, and different places
But in the eyes of God, they are all the same
His children, united in His holy name
The Biblical Masses, a call to salvation
To find redemption, and eternal liberation
Through the words of the Bible, and the teachings of Christ
They find the way, to everlasting life
The Biblical Masses, a journey of the soul
Where hearts are touched, and spirits made whole
As they leave the sanctuary, they carry the light
A beacon of hope, in a world of night
The Biblical Masses, a gathering divine
Where souls are nurtured, and hearts align
In the presence of God, they find their peace
In the Biblical Masses, may their faith never cease.
