I Wanna Be a Movie Star

Fom the time I was five years old,
I wanted to be a movie star,
To be on the magical screen,
Driving those big fabulous cars.

I wanted every one to know me,
Call me by my movie star name,
Famous and beautiful with class,
My likeness on the walk of fame.

I'd make hundreds of pictures,
All of them as winners no less,
I'd be at the Oscars, looking my best,
My name being called, as Best Actress.

I'd smile and bat my false lashes,
Shedding maybe a tear or two,
Thanking all of the little folk,
For voting on me, not you.

Ah! the wonders of Hollywood,
My acting wonderfully devine,
Imagine being beautiful and famous,
That was a special dream of mine.
