The Passage

About the New Year

About this poem

The birth of new beginnings, heralding old truths and new lies. Above the watchers watch ecstatic as filii hominum pass the threshold from the old year into the new year. Felicem Annum Novum Rosh Hashanah They cry to the heavenly choir who enthrall Hashem with infinite carols. Hashem looks below in delight at his creations and charts their course as ordained as has been written.
