DIVINE LOVE.
DIVINE LOVE.
O' Rosy thou be ever smiling face,
That's my only desire to Lord Krishna,
Like Hanuman,I want to save you ,
From the hands of these Barbarous time,
Where love is sold at only the exchange of the body.
Thou are gifted with the light of a smiling face,
And that should not reach to the Merchants.
Thine's innocent eyes are like magic,
None should rob it and walk away.
I desire thou to be honoured,
Do identify thine's dreams,
He who wants you, should want from the co-heart,
And there must not be any risk to the body.
May thine's love be like Mahadev- Sati ,
Thou be pure like Ram and Sita,
Where there is devotion,
Where there is faith,
May both keep together in every birth.
What can a broken heart donate to you?
Only a source of inspiration and consolation.
I know if a dim star is lost, there would not be any effect on the sky,
There would be uncountable stars keep twinkling,
The lost star doesn't make any difference on the part of the moon,
The moon keeps continuing shining with the help of other stars.
When one's heart is as deep as the Brahmaputra river,
That has consumed all the wasted garbage for years and years,
As if the river is full of water of sorrows,
Now it develops the habit of inhaling.
All the problems of human beings like digging, hatred, deception unreality and inhumanity.
Hence the river doesn't keep worrying,
Whether someone is playing the game of deception, with its depth and broken heart,
Either by pouring another bucketful of sorrow water,
Or by stealing another pot of pure water.
About this poem
I extended my heartfelt feeling about love and its definition according to Indian Mythology where pure love compared with the God and Goddess of love. Again the poet expressed his fear of loss of love and inability and finally optimistic perspectives with literary devices like Imageries, similes, metaphors etc.
